History
The History curriculum has been designed to instill a love of learning across a broad range of engaging and challenging subject matter. We believe that the study of History is vital for educating the next generation on the successes and mistakes of the past; they will learn how societies have been built and how they declined, how conflict was started and what caused it to end. They will learn that the past influences the present and therefore their own futures. Through studying the History curriculum at The Thomas Audley School students will develop skills in critical reasoning, analytical thinking and judgment making. The department will encourage students to ask their own questions about the past.
